Name of the person to whom the book should be personalized
A short (20 words or less) message to the lucky new owner of the book

If you would prefer an unsigned copy or an autograph only (no dedication or special message), please specify that in your e-mail as well.

We'll follow up with an e-mail providing the price, as well as instructions on how to submit payment.
